Ingredients:

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and realted species) 32%, water, cream 24%, extra virgin olive oil, whey, black truffle cream 3% [summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), olive oil, salt], onion, salt, hard paste, cheese (milk,salt, rennet), thickener: guar gum, garlic, rice starch, pepper, aroma.

Best before end: see lower side of jar. Once opened keep refrigerated at +4° and use within 3-4 days.
