Ingredients:
Tomato pulp 52%, pre-fried aubergines 29% (eggplant, sunflower seeds oil), double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, onion, salted ricotta 2,1% (pasteurized sheep's whey milk, salt), sugar, salt, basil, garlic. Made using Italian tomato.

Best before end: see lower side of jar. Once opened keep refrigerated at +4° and use within 3-4 days.
