Ingredients:
beef 33%, tomato pulp, mushrooms 18% [Champignon (Agaricus bisporus), Pleurotus (Pleurotus ostreatus), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Nameko (Kuehneromyces mutabilis), Luteus (Suillus luteus), Porcino (Boletus edulis and related group) 7% on the finished product], double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onions, carrots, celery), salt, garlic, parsley, pepper.
